It just makes sense

Seeing that John Madden has had a trouser-ripping boner for Brett Favre for the past 15 years, it’s only fitting that after the man retires he pays homage and puts him on the cover of Madden ‘09.

I am far from a Favre hater, in fact I am quite the opposite, but I do find this a bit suspect.  I’m wondering if this is a way to break the Madden curse, or to keep the curse alive any suspicion of a Favre comeback to rest.

This poster just got me that much more psyched for this movie.  Everything about it is perfect, making this hands down my most anticipated movie of this summer.

The playoffs 1st round

One of my favorite times of the year is now upon us. The 82 game season has ended, and in the first time in what seems like forever, I actually paid attention because the Western Conference was unbelievably competitive, and the games actually mattered. It is now time for the Playoffs; and come Saturday I’ll be glued to my couch, putting up never before seen beer drinking stats.

Jazz vs. Rockets: Jazz in 6 (best believe I have my tickets)
